Valerie Bartlett, US Executive Director
Valerie Bartlett joined C2C in 2019 and brings more than 25 years of experience in nonprofit operations and healthcare administration. She holds a Master’s degree in Public Health and is a graduate of Vassar College and George Washington University. Over the course of her career, Valerie has worked across the nonprofit, private, and government sectors, giving her a well-rounded perspective on creating meaningful, sustainable impact. She is passionate about bringing a public health lens to C2C’s work and deeply believes that educating a girl is one of the most powerful ways to improve public health outcomes and transform communities around the world.
Fatima Colaco, India Representative
Fatima Colaco joined C2C in 2010, after a career spanning 30 years as an airline executive specialized in marketing, sales and administration.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science and a Master’s degree in Economics, from the University of Bombay.
Passionately fond of children and acutely aware of the environment and challenges faced by abused, abandoned and needy girls in India and the sub-continent, Fatima was privileged to join the C2C team and lend her professional and personal skills to contribute to its mission to educate, mentor and empower these underprivileged girls.
Fatima has seen first-hand how C2C support over the past 15 years has visibly improved the economic and social status of a growing segment of these marginalized girls, and believes that its continued efforts in the years ahead will steadily impact the overall growth of the economies of India and those of South Asia ,where its programs are implemented.
