What We Do — and Why It Matters

Girls have extraordinary power to change the world…when they’re given the chance.

C2C supports some of the most marginalized girls in South Asia: girls who have been orphaned, trafficked, traumatized, or born into extreme poverty. Girls who have been denied the education every child deserves.

We make a long-term commitment to these young women, supporting them from school through college and into careers. Our holistic model combines education funding with life skills, digital literacy, conversational English, and mentorship so girls don’t just enroll in school—they graduate, gain confidence, and emerge as employable leaders who change the trajectory of their families and communities.

What We Accomplished in 2025

  • Served nearly 4,000 girls across 14 orphanages and residential schools in India, Nepal, and Bangladesh

  • Delivered enriched classroom programming including STEMLab, Robotics, English Vocals, Vedic Math, Life Skills, and newly launched AI workshops

  • Welcomed 31 new college Fellows, covering tuition and associated expenses so financial barriers don’t derail their futures

  • Launched an agritech pilot in partnership with an accelerator, reaching rural girls working in agriculture—introducing technology to improve crop yields, mitigate climate impact, and build future-ready skills

  • Expanded career pathways through a new mentorship partnership with Cognizant and continued internships with Celegence, which has already hired one C2C alumna and is interviewing additional students

  • Achieved our highest graduation rate ever: 98.8%, with the majority of girls reporting increased confidence and readiness for the future
